Winning competitions will help you throughout your life. Regardless of whether you are competitive or not, competitions will occur in your life. Essentially, you are looking for what motivates you to succeed. Once, you fully understand your own motivations and how to play to them; your knowledge of your opponents will not be that critical. You might be in a situation where you cannot have any information about the competition, so you need to be able to play to your own strengths and positive qualities.

Staying healthy in mind and body is also valuable. When winning competitions of any kind is important you will find that the better toned you are all the way around the more you experience winning.
